Key Technical Role

Job Description

A challenging role is available for a highly skilled Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex tasks at customer sites, ensuring seamless operations and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit customer sites across NSW, including public/private hospitals and private clinics to undertake maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
  • Maintain adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess trade qualifications or a university degree in a relevant field. Previous experience with PET and SPECT systems is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and be willing to travel extensively when required.
