Technical Service Professional

This role involves delivering exceptional service and support to valued customers by ensuring the optimal performance of Colour and B&W print equipment, along with associated software and services solutions.

About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting print equipment, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Support: Deliver technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Colour and B&W print equipment and related software solutions
  • Maintenance: Conduct on-site corrective and preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues and report to a designated Service Delivery Manager

  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a professional approach when interacting with customers
  • Desire to Learn: Demonstrate a keen desire to acquire new skills and apply them in a dynamic work environment
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
