About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team. As a Site Access Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of site access.

This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. In this role, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all who attend the site
  • Control public access to our sites to ensure visitors are safe while on site
  • Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers to enable vehicle drop-off and pickup
  • Coordinate, monitor and record all assets that are delivered and/or depart from our site
  • Manage administration processes to ensure correct documents are provided to customers and the correct information including the customer's name is recorded on each condition report
  • Collaborate with other operational team members to ensure all stakeholders have a great experience with us

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
