Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client's Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
Offered on a 2:1 roster from Perth, you will be managing the cost control function including project control reporting, from site. Your day to day will include;
- Review and consolidate project data, update and monitor cost curves and perform scheduling when required
- Support project reporting and package engineers on cost status inquiries and reports
- Track and analyse all costs across the business, consistently conducting regular reviews and audits.
- Review and adjust project control guidelines, procedures and reports
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- Experience working in a mining & resource environment, ideally in a FIFO capacity
- Previous experience in controlling package cost from a portfolio type project environment
- Team player, strong forecasting and change management skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management and/or relevant discipline is beneficial
- Support project reporting and package engineers on cost status inquiries and reports
