
Insurance Growth Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the growth strategy for the Insurance operation within Nutrien Ag Solutions through strategic thinking, relationship building, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Diligently identify new business opportunities including potential clients, partnerships and market segments
- Develop and recommend long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic projects
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial arrangements
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- Demonstrated success in a Business Development Manager role (or similar position) within an Insurance business
- Possess a deep understanding of insurance products and their features
- A proven track record in sales within the insurance sector, with measurable results
- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional communications and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
