Biz Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled Biz Growth Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, and delivering tailored health solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to target new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within organizations, particularly within HR departments.

  • Promote health insurance offerings to these organizations as a benefit for their employees.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the wider team on opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in business development, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.

  • Experience working in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate.
