Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive the growth of our Insurance operation through strategic thinking, relationship building, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and recommend long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations to establish beneficial arrangements for the business.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and mentorship among team members.
About You:
  • A proven track record in a Business Development Manager role (or similar position) within an Insurance business.
  • A deep understanding of insurance products and their features.
  • A proven ability to execute sales within the insurance sector with measurable results.
  • Experience in developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communications and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
