Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Educator to lead our educational programs for children. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, leading classrooms effectively, and implementing high-quality education programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Lead a classroom effectively by engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practices in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Contribute positively to delivering the Centre and business plans.

Requirements:

  • Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Share best practice examples to improve the education program.
