Early Childhood Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Educator to join our team in the Southern region of New South Wales.

About the Role:

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members. You will have passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.

You will utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader. Compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is necessary.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
