Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Clerk to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and archives
  • Coordinate the distribution and dispatch of internal and external mail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to staff and visitors
  • Assist with court filing and document management
  • Organize and coordinate office moves and equipment installations
  • Procure and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Support event planning and execution
  • Provide relief coverage for reception duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 6-12 months of experience in a similar position within a law firm or professional services environment. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
