Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Transformation Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ICT business transformation program.

  • Lead a complex ICT business solution project from initiation through to transition into steady-state support.
  • Oversee solution requirements, procurement, design, configuration, implementation, and governance.
  • Establish and manage risk, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Drive organisational change management and adoption through human-centred design and structured methodologies.
  • Provide clear leadership in areas of probity, compliance, and strategic planning.

This role requires 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise-scale ICT programs in large, complex environments, formal qualifications in project management, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
