Senior Building Project Director

The position of Senior Project Manager requires a strategic leader to direct various building projects in Darwin, NT. Key responsibilities include effective project planning, cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organise and direct project completion within specified time frames, budgets and scope.
- Develop accurate cost and schedule estimates for projects.
- Understand commercial processes including cost control, project reporting and contract management.
- Ensure adherence to company and customer safety, quality and business processes.
- Maintain stakeholder engagement through timely and accurate project reporting.
To succeed, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or project management.
- Previous experience working on healthcare and/or building projects.
- Construction White Card and current driver's license.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Leadership and team management experience.
