Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician or Mechanic to join our team as a Roadside Responder. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and selling batteries to members and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working on the road and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside and sell/install batteries as required
  • Offer trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers
  • Deliver and promote our services efficiently and professionally
  • Account for all stock movements daily
  • Ensure policies and processes are upheld, including maintaining accurate financial records
  • Maintain cleanliness and working order of company vehicles and facilities
Requirements
  • A current unrestricted NT Driver's Licence
  • Qualified mechanic/automotive electrician with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate
  • Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships
  • Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge (desirable)
  • Availability for weekend or evening work
  • Reliability, organisation, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Commitment to upholding our Health, Safety, and Environment standards
