
Roadside Response Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician or Mechanic to join our team as a Roadside Responder. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and selling batteries to members and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working on the road and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside and sell/install batteries as required
- Offer trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers
- Deliver and promote our services efficiently and professionally
- Account for all stock movements daily
- Ensure policies and processes are upheld, including maintaining accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and working order of company vehicles and facilities
- A current unrestricted NT Driver's Licence
- Qualified mechanic/automotive electrician with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate
- Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships
- Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge (desirable)
- Availability for weekend or evening work
- Reliability, organisation, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Commitment to upholding our Health, Safety, and Environment standards
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Flexible rotating roster (day and afternoon shifts)
- Operational vehicle while on shift, tools, equipment, uniforms, and PPE
- Ongoing development, including training on latest automotive technologies
- 24/7 technical support
