Job Role:

This role is focused on providing high-quality assistance to customers and members. We are seeking an experienced individual who can deliver timely and efficient support.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to callouts within established benchmarks and policies.
  • Provide expert advice on mechanical issues and related products.
  • Manage financial and administrative processes according to policies and procedures.
  • Account for all stock movements daily.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade experience with a focus on automotive repairs.
  • C Class Driver Licence (manual).
  • Mechanical or Auto Electrical trade qualification advantageous.
  • Experience in roadside assistance with a strong emphasis on customer relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer relations experience with a focus on time management and organisational skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant automotive products, services and policy systems.
  • Ability to apply initiative to unusual situations and provide sound problem-solving solutions.
