Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced roadside assistance professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical trade, with experience in roadside assistance and customer service. They will be responsible for attending to and completing callouts within designated benchmarks and policies, providing expert advice on mechanical and roadside assistance products, and ensuring high-quality internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to and complete callouts within designated timeframes.
  • Provide sound advice on mechanical and roadside assistance products to customers.
  • Complete associated financial and administration processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Account for all stock movements daily.
  • Ensure quality internal and external customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical trade experience.
  • Current C Class Driver Licence (manual).
  • Mechanical or Auto Electrical trade qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in Roadside Assistance and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer relations experience.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant automotive club products, services, and policy systems.
  • Ability to apply initiative to unusual/unknown situations.
  • Sound problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
