Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our commercial properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the upkeep of our property portfolio, which includes commercial, service delivery sites, retail, and early learning facilities across Victoria and Tasmania.

You will be responsible for undertaking site inspections, coordinating contractors, arranging maintenance and repairs, stakeholder engagement, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining reporting requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a facilities coordination or related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current driver's license (essential)
  • A tertiary qualification in building construction, facilities management, or a trade (desirable)
