Hotel Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Property Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel properties, ensuring they remain within budget and meeting business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing business operations to achieve optimal performance.
  • Rostering staff in accordance with operational standards and labor costs.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across all properties.
  • Implementing food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Securing properties and facilities, monitoring security systems, and addressing any concerns.
  • Managing leasing and property arrangements to secure tenure and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed targets.
  • Overseeing financial management, including budget monitoring, financial record-keeping, and cash flow management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel property management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience with food safety protocols and security systems.
