Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer L2 to provide ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams, etc.

  • Leverage your technical expertise to provide installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
  • Utilize your knowledge of ITIL V3 practices (preferred) to effectively manage incident, problem, and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction-focused support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
