About the Role

The WIL Officer will provide academic and student support for Work Integrated Learning and Professional Health Placements in the STEM College. This role involves regular monitoring of WIL programs, responding to student queries, communicating with industry professionals, and liaising with academic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and student support for WIL and Professional Health Placements
  • Monitor WIL programs and respond to student queries
  • Communicate with industry professionals and academic staff
  • Maintain relevant University databases
Requirements
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Computer literacy skills and ability to use multiple systems
  • Ability to follow established procedures and interpret complex rules
