This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of educators in shaping the future of early childhood education. The successful candidate will drive quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across the service while leading six key areas: quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, providing high-quality care and education throughout 3 key developmental milestones.
  • Become the primary point of contact for existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with quality advisors to meet/exceed national quality standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues.
  • Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a centre manager in early childhood education, with large service experience desirable.
  • Diploma in children's services or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound understanding of the early years learning framework and national quality framework.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Valid working with children check, current driver's licence, and proactive, team-oriented attitude.
