Overview

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our wonderful team in Western Sydney. Must have Centre Director experience, an approved Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and leadership experience. Our industry-leading environment demonstrates our strong commitment to education and community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, motivate and mentor a team of educators
  • Administrative duties, including app usage, emails, accounts, rostering, and enrolments
  • Liaising with families
  • Guide educators' professional development and performance
  • Ensure an inclusive, supportive and safe educational environment for all children
  • Involved in marketing the service (alongside marketing team)
  • Organise informal events for the centre
  • Maintain and assure the high quality of the service in consideration of the NQS
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYLF

  • This service is committed to continuous engagement with professional development in child protection for staff
  • Working with Children check required
  • National Police Check required
