Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Director to lead our brand new service in Blackwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing leadership and guidance to our team of educators. They will also play a key role in building strong relationships with families and the local community.

About You
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Centre Director, preferably in an Early Childhood setting.
  • You hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education, as recognised by ACECQA.
  • You have strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standard (NQS), and contemporary early childhood pedagogy.
  • You possess excellent communication, people leadership, and organisational skills.
