Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and creating a unique retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer loyalty, and increase foot traffic
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff alongside the Store Manager
  • Manage store operations, including managing budgets, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail
  • A strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Passion for outdoor sports and a deep understanding of our products
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action
