Job Title: Commercial Leader

We serve Australian communities with a history dating back to 1914. As part of the retail sector, you will contribute to shaping the future of Australian retail while making a tangible impact on people's lives.

Our commercial team is comprised of skilled trading experts who work collaboratively to drive innovation and growth across supermarkets and liquor stores.

In this role, you will be accountable for the profitability of your category and develop a strategy to implement across our stores, utilising your commercial acumen and innovative mindset.

You will identify opportunities for growth within your category, partner with suppliers to determine range and pricing structure, and ensure we provide the best options for our customers.

Your key responsibilities include driving results and performance of your category, working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, transformation, and strategy teams, executing our customer-centric strategy for your category, and driving innovation within the category.

About You:

This role requires a strong understanding of market share gaps and the ability to develop and implement a market-leading plan across a portfolio of categories. Well-developed stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this position.
