Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Supply Chain team to deliver business performance targets through data analysis and insights on costs down to EBIT drivers, including equipment and capital.
- Manage performance reporting processes across Supply Chain, including monthly commentary, trading updates, and reporting.
- Responsible for Sales and Operational Planning process of Supply Review, providing risk-adjusted financial analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager – Coffee to optimize Supply Chain costs and provide risk and opportunity analysis.
- Oversee forecast outlook and budget conversion costs for manufacturing site, including full P&L impact driven by actual production costs and outcomes.
- Work with Shared Services Centre to deliver New Product costings and Annual Standard COGS.
- Plan and budget Annual Standard COGS, coordinating assumptions and guidance from S&OP team, Supply Chain, Procurement Finance, and Procurement.
- Coordinate commodity hedge strategy and outcomes with Procurement Finance team and manage P&L impact.
- Influence operational and strategic decisions through ad-hoc analysis and projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance commercial acumen.
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Cross-functional collaboration to achieve division-wide initiatives and provide support when required.
