Job Title: Contract Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and evaluation of tender documentation
  • Management of subcontractor packages and scopes
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
  • Tracking of project expenditure and subcontractor claims
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
  • Management of the project HSE system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or equivalent
  • Proven track record in contract administration and management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
