Job Title

A skilled Cook is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and attend to guests needs and desires immediately.
  • Work in the kitchen as directed by management.
  • Preparation and assistance in the cooking and serving of food.
  • Operate dishwasher and wash area.
  • Cook food in various utensils, grillers and equipment.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Attend and be responsible for all training provided by chefs.
  • Supervise and train staff as directed.
  • Check quality of ingredients.
  • Minimise wastage at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Take responsibility for cleaning duties and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with established standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to an environment of learning and professionalism.
  • Maintain personal appearance in accordance with grooming standards.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with other team members.
  • Comply with operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required or instructed by management.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
  • Proper storage of food and other items.
  • To follow all directions and complete tasks as required.
