About the role
We are seeking an experienced Barrista to join our team at Bent On Food in Wingham, NSW. This is a part-time role, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant café environment. As our Barrista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our loyal patrons.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing a variety of coffee drinks to the highest standards
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Assisting with other café duties as required
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience as a Barrista in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
