Senior Responsible Gaming Compliance Specialist

About the Role
This role is responsible for executing responsible gaming business controls across wagering and media. This includes executing processes and controls around marketing and promotions, self-exclusion, complaints, customer monitoring and outbound contact to potential problem gamblers.
The successful candidate will work closely with wagering and media risk teams and central responsible gaming risk team to ensure that responsible gaming strategy and plan is executed across the wagering business.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing responsible gaming business controls across wagering and media
- Developing and implementing processes and controls around marketing and promotions, self-exclusion, complaints, customer monitoring and outbound contact to potential problem gamblers
- Collaborating with wagering and media risk teams and central responsible gaming risk team to ensure responsible gaming strategy and plan is executed
Requirements
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry with knowledge of various legislation (Responsible Gaming, AML/CTF, Privacy etc.)
- Entry-level experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, consulting, or process improvement within a medium to large corporate organization
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and adapt to change with a high level of empathy for customers
