Overview of the Role

Tabcorp, a leading gambling entertainment company, seeks a driven individual to execute responsible gaming business controls across wagering and media.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves executing processes and controls around marketing and promotions, self-exclusion, complaints, customer monitoring, and outbound contact to potential problem gamblers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wagering and media risk teams and the central responsible gaming risk team to ensure the responsible gaming strategy and plan are executed across the wagering business.

Please note that this role requires working on a rotating shift, including weekends.

What You'll Bring
  1. Experience working within a highly regulated business and/or industry with knowledge of various legislation (Responsible Gaming, AML/CTF, Privacy etc.).
  2. Entry-level experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, consulting, or process improvement within a medium to large size corporate organization.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to change with a high level of empathy for customers.
