**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in a Temporary Full-Time position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience across various activities, including asset management, forward planning, design, and project management of Council infrastructure.

In this position, you will have the chance to develop your skills while contributing to projects that support and improve our community. You will be responsible for assisting in planning, designing, and delivering civil infrastructure projects, preparing project documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, a Current Class C Driver Licence, and foundational knowledge of surveying, design, documentation, and project management. Basic proficiency in civil engineering and drafting software is also required.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in planning, designing, and delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project planning investigations, reports, cost estimates, and risk/needs assessments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and government agencies.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Current Class C Driver Licence.
  • Foundational knowledge of surveying, design, documentation, and project management.
  • Basic proficiency in civil engineering and drafting software.
