We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team in the Acute Medical Unit at Calvary Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide individualized care to patients in accordance with Calvary Care's policies and procedures, and relevant government health guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan and deliver patient care, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote patient and staff safety and well-being.
- Develop and Maintain Clinical Competence: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, and participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Registration and Qualifications: Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current practicing certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check: Hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Clinical Competence: Demonstrate clinical competence in the area of specialty, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
