We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join our team at On Q Recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with thought leaders and healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and communication to drive medical insights.
- Act as a scientific expert, sharing knowledge of disease areas and communicating complex information with clarity and precision.
- Provide timely responses to healthcare professionals' questions and offer valuable medical insights to refine strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, capturing competitive intelligence and proactively sharing strategic insights with the team.
- Educate and empower healthcare professionals through medical tactical plans, support education initiatives, and contribute to scientific meetings and programs.
- Support Early Access/Local Compassionate Programs addressing high unmet medical needs and participate in partner clinical research programs advancing medical knowledge.
Requirements
- An advanced tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline (PharmD, MD, PhD preferred) and minimum 2 years of experience in a medical scientific liaison role within Australia/New Zealand.
- Experience in new product launches and execution of medical-scientific projects is ideal.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian healthcare system, with experience in Oncology and Immuno-Oncology.
- A strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and standards.
- Medicines Australia Code of Conduct training completed.

About the Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for growth and development.
