Senior Medical Science Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the Oncology portfolio.

About the Role

This field-based position will focus on developing key opinion leader relationships, providing medical and scientific expertise to support product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong scientific knowledge, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the oncology space, particularly those with expertise in breast cancer.
  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product launches, including review of promotional materials and medical literature.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and developments in oncology, particularly in the cardio-metabolic space.
  • Conduct medical reviews of promotional materials and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of relevant science-based tertiary qualifications, such as a post-graduate degree or PhD.
  • Relevant industry experience in the oncology area, preferably in a Medical Science Liaison role.
  • Experience working in a similar environment, such as a pharmaceutical company or medical device manufacturer.
  • Strong scientific knowledge, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, superannuation, car allowance, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a stable and successful company with a strong pipeline of products.
