Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Australian Liquor and FMCG landscape, category management, and commercial drivers.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven experience in category and brand management, with a track record of strategic planning and stakeholder alignment.

As a Category & Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and champion Lion Australia's portfolio strategy, driving business growth and profitability.
