Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our program management team.
- To drive technical excellence across the lifecycle—leading investigations, making complex engineering decisions, managing technical risks, and ensuring the production and maintenance of robust technical documentation.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of complex engineering activities across various projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet strict technical, time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Your role will be instrumental in aligning engineering resources, tools, and processes in accordance with Babcock's rigorous policies to deliver technical outcomes that support national defence capability.
About You:
- A seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in managing complex, high-stakes programs within the defence or mission-critical systems domain.
- Strong ability to lead technical teams, balance competing priorities, and make informed decisions throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
