Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to share information, coordinate efforts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Support: Assist clients with financial and insurance-related matters, ensuring seamless processing and resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete administrative duties, including data entry, phone inquiries, and financial processing.

Availability and Flexibility

This role demands flexible availability to cover various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
