We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to join our team and connect the dots between business needs and technology outcomes. This role is about shaping the solution story from early-stage discovery through to executive presentations. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and clearly articulate the value of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in solving real business problems.



This is a senior-level position where your input shapes outcomes. You will work on high-impact engagements, partner with enterprise clients, and be part of a team that values clarity, collaboration, and real-world results.



You will lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to unpack business goals and pain points, design tailored D365 F&O solutions that align with client needs and delivery capability, build out solution proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations, develop cost models covering licensing, services, and support, act as the solution authority across the project lifecycle, working closely with delivery teams, run product demonstrations that focus on business value, not just features, and contribute to account strategy and help shape long-term roadmaps for clients.



The Ideal Candidate
  • 8–10+ years in ERP consulting, with deep experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).
  • Strong presales background where you've led scoping sessions, built proposals, and presented to execs.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP programs, ideally in complex or global environments.
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem — Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, D365 CE.
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to model solutions, estimate effort, and clearly explain ROI.
  • A consultative, collaborative approach — you enjoy helping clients see what's possible.
