Project Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of major civil works, road construction, and defence projects in Adelaide and regional South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and review project progress, adjusting resources and schedules as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Contract Administration: Drive and support all contract activities, including managing contractors and handling subcontractor agreements and invoices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, conducting reviews and reporting on progress to senior management.
  • Cost Management: Control project costs against budget, monitor productivity, prepare reports, and manage project cashflow.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders while ensuring industrial relations compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years of proven experience in major construction and infrastructure project delivery, preferably in civil engineering, roads, and/or defence.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • Strong experience in contract administration and management.
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry and Australian Standards.
  • Proficiency in using project management software suites and ERP systems.
