The Position

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our Commercial, Contracts and Procurement Division. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in administering the procure-to-pay process while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Process purchase orders and invoices according to established guidelines
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective advice on the procuring to pay process
  • Regularly expedite goods and services to ensure on-time delivery and identify potential risks
  • Provide additional support as needed

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Pronto experience
  • Working knowledge in a procurement-focused administration role
  • Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
  • A degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • Industry experience within business operating in the Resources & Mining or Power Industry is a plus
