Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure effective stock management, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role involves assisting internal stakeholders with order fulfillment, processing orders, and managing returns and exchanges. You will also be responsible for maintaining the stores warehouse inventory system, including stocktaking and maintaining stock levels relevant to organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch or collection.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and handle product information and enquiries.
  3. Process orders and manage returns and exchanges with stakeholders.
  4. Maintain the stores warehouse inventory system, including stocktaking and maintaining stock levels relevant to organisational needs.
  5. Undertake administrative tasks related to the role.
Requirements
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • General Construction Induction Training Card
  • National Certificate of Competency Forklift (Class LF)
  • Front End Loader Certificate (Class LL)
  • Telescopic Materials Handler Operation Certification (RIIHAN309F)
  • Current AQF Chemical Safety Certificate (Desirable)
