Inventory Controller Role

Sephora is seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to join our management team in our Warringah Mall store. As an integral part of the business, this role plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely stock levels.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving scheduled cycle counts to identify and adjust stock levels as needed. You will utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss. Your expertise will also be applied to implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with senior management teams, supply chain, and planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail stock management experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint & SAP, and physical fitness to lift boxes weighing up to 15kg. They should also possess a drive for results, excellent client service skills, and a passion for maintaining a positive culture.
