Senior Clinical Leadership Position

The Senior Clinical Leader is responsible for driving clinical excellence through the development and management of a high-performing clinical team.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that team members stay up to date with industry, competitor, and product knowledge.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures and a proven ability to develop and maintain technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to diagnose and treat complex cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to enhance the skills of Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses.
  • Support Boston Scientific team members on cases face to face (or remotely) and provide guidance where required on clinical attributes/techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products.
Team Development:
  • Responsible for supporting a high-performing team and fostering a positive collaborative culture.
  • Identify and attract top clinical talent and support their onboarding into the team and organization.
  • Proactively apply own technical knowledge and experience to coach team members in the field and provide constructive feedback, identifying training needs to support and achieve individual and business goals as well as development objectives.
Clinical Expertise:
  • Be a subject matter expert in the product portfolio and able to differentiate each product line against competitor products.
  • Continual development and maintenance of clinical knowledge through published literature, conference addresses, and local clinical expertise.
  • Share clinical and technical experiences in a way that motivates others and teaches applicable skills.
