Project Finance Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Executive to lead the origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions, with a focus on renewables and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to the Australian renewables sector, as well as experience working with lenders, advisors, developers and industry stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional to join our team and contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market development in the Australian energy and infrastructure sectors.

About the Role
  • Originate, structure and execute project finance transactions, focusing on renewables and infrastructure.
  • Take ownership of the credit submission process, including financial modelling, risk analysis and credit paper preparation.
  • Lead client pitches and cross-border deal teams, collaborating with colleagues across global locations and product areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of project finance experience, with significant exposure to the Australian renewables sector.
  • Well-established local network across key players in the Australian project finance market.
  • Solid industry knowledge across renewables and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transactions and generate compelling pitch materials.
  • Excellent financial modelling, credit analysis and credit writing skills.
  • Strong communication, inclusive leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
