This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule based in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop revenue growth strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces using data-driven approaches, meeting targets through effective planning, seasonal activities, new product launches, and high-performing ad campaigns.
- Create and execute joint business plans with brand partners to increase market share and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Deliver best-in-class marketplace execution, including SEO-optimised content, A+ pages, localised copy, and targeted advertising.
- Analyse performance regularly across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, address issues, and drive continuous optimisation.
- Manage inventory and demand planning to ensure strong in-stock positions and sales continuity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong relationships and clearly communicating progress, risks, and results.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, utilising strong project management skills to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
- Prioritise effectively across brands and tasks, focusing on activities with the greatest commercial impact.
- Solve problems proactively – whether operational, strategic or technical – using initiative, resourcefulness and collaboration.
