Marketplace Growth Specialist

Our team is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth in a fast-paced marketplace.
About the RoleThis role tackles complex problems involving strategic decisions and analytical rigour. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our 3-sided marketplace and drive large-scale commercial outcomes.
Your Impact in Role- Drive strategy and execution of critical elements of our merchant coverage and reliability strategy
- Build out reliability and operational efficiency reporting to drive awareness of current performance and highlight key improvement opportunities
- Build critical stakeholder relationships to drive reliability outcomes for strategic accounts
- Perform analysis to inform recommendations on key strategic questions and present to senior stakeholders
- Lead roll outs of global products, processes and programs
- Take complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions backed by data and insights
- Quantitative degree and background in pricing strategy or analytical role
- Analytics experience with complex data sets using Excel/Google Sheets (SQL a plus)
- Problem solving ability to break down ambiguous problems by applying structure and using data-driven insights
- Ownership and delivery demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and complete tasks with high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
