About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a portfolio of customer-facing field biologist audits. You will be responsible for providing technical support and responding to critical customer issues, as well as developing improvement strategies for sites to protect them against pests.

As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will work closely with customers, servicing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your strong interpersonal skills, high level of computer literacy, and ability to work under pressure will enable you to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a portfolio of customer-facing field biologist audits.
  • Provide technical support and respond to critical customer issues.
  • Develop improvement strategies for sites to better protect them against pests.
  • Interpret trends and advise on opportunities for improvement.
  • Fully understand and utilise our customer-facing portal MyRentokil with our customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the pest control industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • A current Pest Control Licence, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including approachability, diplomacy, and sensitivity.
  • Strong computer skills across a range of applications.
  • The ability to work under pressure and undertake tasks with limited supervision.
