Senior Workplace Relations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team. This critical role plays a key part in providing accurate and specialist Employee Relations and Workplace Relations advice, expertise and support to both our operational business and People & Culture teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and analysing industrial instruments
- Participating in enterprise agreement negotiations
- Developing change management and risk mitigation plans
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders, including HR, managers and union representatives
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of employment related matters, providing advice and influencing outcomes, and the ability to work with unions on dispute resolution through informal and formal mechanisms.
This role is based in either Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to our Group Workplace Relations Manager. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

- A bachelor's degree in law or a related field
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
