ERP Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled ERP Change Specialist to support the delivery of change management activities within a major ERP program. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions, monitoring stakeholder sentiment and readiness, and providing reporting and insights to support program governance.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the execution of ERP change strategies and plans.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to define future state impacts.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment, readiness, and resistance using dashboards and analytics.
- Curate and deliver change communications, training content, and digital adoption materials.
- Collaborate with business leaders, change agents, and technical teams to embed change.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Organisational Change Management or a related discipline.
- Industry certifications, such as PROSCI, are highly regarded.
- Proven experience in change management within ERP or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms is desirable.
- A strong understanding of change management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and resilient approach.
