ERP Data Governance Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Data Governance Manager to drive the successful transformation of our ERP platform.

About this Role

This is a key position in our organisation responsible for ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and data excellence across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP and related systems.
  • Facilitate business process mapping workshops, engaging stakeholders to define current and future state operations.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support project teams in delivering key transformation milestones, offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, and business analysis, ideally in an ERP transformation context.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting skills.
